Recipe to make a delicious dessert with our square or long magdalenas:
- ½ l of milk
- ½ l of heavy cream
- 1 envelope of curd
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 5 square or long Magdalenas de las Heras
Cut the Magdalenas in half, horizontally. Place them into your recipient. Bring the milk to a boil. In a separate bowl, mix the cream, curd and sugar together. When the milk starts to boil, remove it from the heat and fold in the cream mixture. Pour the mixture into the mold, covering the Magdalenas.
Let it set at room temperature, and when it is cold, put it in the refrigerator until it has chilled completely. Unmold on a tray or large plate, and garnish with pine nuts, sultanas, walnuts, etc.
