Magdalenas de las Heras began in 1955 as a small confectionery workshop where Andrés de las Heras made artisan pastries in a wood-fired oven. Our Magdalena recipe became so popular that he decided to expand the workshop little by little, specializing in these delicious products.
Development of the company
20 years later, thanks to a great demand for our Magdalenas, the second generation inaugurated a new factory. Committed to the internationalization of the company, they were the pioneers in the sale of our products nationally and internationally.
Now, in the third generation, our manufacturing process has been modernized. While our factory boasts all the most advanced mechanical and technological elements for the manufacture of Magdalenas, but keeping the original artisanal recipe and the quality of our signature products.
