In December of 2021 we passed the Re-Certification Standards BRC Global Food Safety Auditory and IFS in its 8th and 7th version. This certification covers bakery and pastry products, in our case: Magdalenas and Mini Muffins.

We have achieved Grade AA at BRC and High Level degree at IFS,  overcoming the majority of fulfillments of both standards.
