Recipe to make a delicious dessert with our square or long magdalenas:
- flan mixture enough for 8 servings
- 1 cup of coffee
- 2 tablespoons of whiskey (optional)
- 1 l of heavy cream
- 5 square or long Magdalenas de las Heras
- 6 tablespoons of sugar
Cut the Magdalenas in half, horizontally. Place them into your recipient. Bring the coffee, flan mixture, whiskey, cream and sugar to a boil, stirring continuously. When it begins to boil, remove it from the heat and pour it into the mold, covering the Magdalenas.
Let it set at room temperature. Once cooled, place it in the refrigerator until completely chilled. Unmold on a tray or large plate, and garnish with chocolate sprinkles.
